In my Process line CU320 6SL3040-0MA00-0AA1 FAULT showing F07800, I changed Drive cliq cable but problem not solved, then I am going to change my CU with new CU. but MLFB no is 6SL3040-1MA00-0AA0. 

After change its Ready and communication LED blinking in RED.

How to change hardwire configuration for CU in simatic manager and how to configure new CU using starter. Please guide. Also is that we need to take any backup from old CU memory card or not? please suggest tech guru.

Does anybody knew if it is possible, to exchangeold model S120 CU 320 DP (6SL3040-0MA00-0AA0 ) which is not any more to purchase, on S120 CU320 2DP (6SL3040-1MA00-0AA0)without any Software intervention.

Does anyone can guide how to replace CU320 with CU320-2DP. Its connected in My BLM and controlling two other drives also. 

How to configure this.
