The 6ES7-331-7TF01-0AB0 is a 4-20 mA HART analog module for the S7-300 family. It cannot be used directly in a S7-1500 configuration.

However it can be used as part of a ET 200M station, connected to thr S7-1500 either over Profinet (with an IM 153-4) or over Profibus-DP (witn an IM 153-2).
