I am bit surprised by No of Auto Gen Users I found 4 of them online and one mentioned by our moderator as 175.000th user Is it generated by Moderators?? like Import user?? or |

Hello Vithani, AutoGen Users are regular members of our Community. At the Moment roundabout 4.000 Users got such a nickname. In the past if a user got a valid account e.g. for the pages of the Product Support or a newsletter and he was visiting the Technical Forum the first time he had to choose a nickname. Now the nick is predefined with AutoGen_xxx. So all of them are allready registered users from our Online Support pages which are new to our Community. Best regards CS Moderator |

you can change your pseudonym anytime in your mySupport -> Personal Data(<-- click link). There you find "Alias in forums". After changing your name, all your posts/thanks should have your new pseudonym. Best regards |
