Hello,

We have a problem accessing remote programs in the NETWORK. It's constantly failing, some times it shows the folder in OPERATE but does not show any file although there are files.

When that happens it is necessary to reintroduce network credentials and after a few attempts it works for a few time. Then the problem happens randomly.

Sometimes When reintroducing network user and password it gives error 0x81501301 (see image in attachment).

Does any one have similar problem, is there any way of solving this problem?

Hello,

At the moment the network drive is mapped, but another problem appeared.

The folder where the MPF programs are saved shows in OPERATE but without files inside.

Checking that network folder works ok from other computers.

Checking with putty, accessing SINUMERIK remotely,  the folder is correctly mapped and is possible to see the files and is contents.

Is It a Sinumerik Operate bug or a misconfiguration?

Has anybody managed to sort out error 0x81501301.

I works ok for FTP connection but not for NW Windows set up.

 By trial and error i found that the network path cant be to long or there is only acces to one layer of folders.

If i use the path to the main folder the drive is activated. path to Subfolders i get this failure.

Maybe this has something to do with the software version or the setup from de machinebuilder.
