Hi, You need to use station Configurator. In your ES and OS PC station configuration you can add a CP1623 or IE general card, when ready you configure the PC station via PLC->Configure and then PLC->Download. The connection between AS and OS is now named connection which can be set in the OS compile settings.. The system parameter is set automatically. You need to set the PG PC interface to PC internal |

Hi, No, you don't, you need to configure a IE general card in the Configuration of the PC station, otherwise the station Configurator does not accept the configuration because the CP does not exist. Make sure the correct IP and/or MAC is entered in the network card settings. This must match the configuration in Simatic Manager |

Hi, OK, that is good that the configuration exists. Do you see the symbol behind the "WinCC Appl."? It means that the component exists in the configuration of the server, but there is no information available on the connection. Normally a orange pencil is shown indicating the connection is good. Is the NetPro configuration downloaded to the OS PC station? Also right click the PC station name (in Component View on the small PC symbol) and select: PLC->Download to download the configuration data to the OS. |
