I have bought the USB-Prommer but I am unable to find the tool required to back up the memory card data. I do not need the programming capability as we are only replacing the cards and copying over data.

If any kind forumer can direct me to the appropriate tool I would be grateful as it seems the "USB Prommer" software does nothing at all. It as surprising as we have paid a large sum of money for what is essentially a memory card reader and it won't even read the memory card

there is no single tool to use the USB Prommer.
