We used Simovert 6SE7032-1HG60, happened spark when start the unit and arise f025. So what should we do?

I would suggest to check the earth wirings and enviroment, and buy also some protective shoes..;-)

You need to change out the IGD (firing board). The fiber-optic transmitters on these boards have a lifetime of ~ 15-20 years, after that they become problematic and cause incorrect firing.
