Dear Folks,

We very troubl this issue frequently threading cycle issue and insert edge also damage while internal threading cycle.

Mechanically we checked all readings ok.

Simag H2 head sensor replaced and gap setting done,drive and control card replaced ok.spindle to drive encoder cable replaced ok.its hollow shaft spindle communtation angle also done.

exactly we don't know when this insert edge damage some times it's happening 5pieses sometime its happening 200 pieces.damage happens uneven job counts.

pls suggested any idea to eliminate this issue.

this programme running morthen 12 years programming side no issues 200% sure.
