Possible causes for CRC error are following: - f-monitoring time is exceeded - a communication error between CPU and the modules has occurred for example due to electromagnetic interference in excess. - a not allowed access from standard program to the f-modules was detected in program. - short voltage drop of power supply for this f-modules

first you need to check a not allowed access from standard program to the f-modules

The project has been run over 7 years ago and still running,  we are lucky as all the modules with sent messages above have redundancy one that still working without a problem, I have attached hardware system overview.
