If you can reach another machine, you need to test your HW (MMC103 and cables) --suppose 810D CCU interface is good.

I feel it is very hard to help in remote for this kind of problem.

PS: I think I posted in this forum--I helped 3 local customers in 2020 for damage/ defective MMC103 or PCU50.

Oh. For now, I think there was no error with the battery. The log looks strange. I almost forgot about it until MMC started.

 up to now, the main problem is you don't know where is the problem.

such as you don't know (no sure CCU interface is good?, MPI cable is good?)

Does your friend know something? what is the story from beginning?

Do you have Siemens PG or PC with "SIMATIC Manager"  , if you have I can show you how to test come thing and find the problem --is it HW or SW
