I have installed pcs 7 v8.2 on the win7 64bit sp1 operating system. i required to monitoring the runtime duration of the motor in the relevant faceplate in io field and other than the trend view (or without refer to trend).

Is there function block in the CFC that achiving to this purpos?

There are certain ways to achieve the display of running hours using the PCS7 Industry Library which is an extension of the Advanced Process Library of PCS7. Since you are using PCS7 V8.2, you can use the Aggr16/ Aggr08 block. Though the desired functionality of the block is quite different, you can achieve the display of running hours in the following manner:

Interconnect the unit state ("Motor running") at the inputs Aggr1Started to Aggr8Started / Aggr16Started.If you need a operating hours display for the individual units (mandatory for off/on depending on operating time), the inputs RunTi01 to RunTi08 / RunTi16 must be interconnected to the TotalTime output of a CountOh assigned to the unit.

In Industry Library 9.0, this operating hours/ running hours functionality has been expanded to the specific Motor block levels (S7MotSpdC, S7Mot). The following functionality is available from PCS7 Industry Library V9.0 motor blocks:

• Number of operating hours since the last motor start ● Number of operating days since the last reset ● Number of hours in standstill since the last motor stop ● Number of start cycles since the last reset

However, apart from the above options, it is always possible to create a specific logic for running hours using the APL library blocks like CountOh and appropriate Math blocks for time (HH:MM:SS) conversion. However, the block icon and faceplate also have to be customized in this case.

the PCS 7 Industry Library can be download under the following link:
SIMATIC PCS 7 Libraries Updates. But you have to consider, that the Industry Library requires additional license (please have a look at Sales and Delivery Release: SIMATIC PCS 7 Industry Library 9.0).

If you only want to show the operating hour and you can use the block CountOh. The block CountOh is a standard block from the APL. You only have to connect the Start output from the MotL with the In input of the CountOh block and set the LiOp=1 & UpLi=1. And connect any output from CountOh with the input SelFp1 of the MotL block.
If you now compile and load the AS and OS. You get an additional button in the faceplate of the MotL block and can see the operating hour of the motor.
