If the components are original i.e. not changed, then no need to modify any parameter, only axis referencing needs to be carry out.

It depends upon parameter setting set in topology comparison i.e. p9906. e.g. if it is set high,then system will check electronic nameplate details & if found change in target & actual topologies, system will display appropriate message.

So please check parameter setting.
