On 810D CCU,  the Battery for back up the RAM during power off is on the CCU board (840D is in the battery /Fan box

I don't know, You mean, you don't have battery low error. Every you load archive Data to CCU, it can be running until power off?

There is a super capacity on CCU board , That may defective.it is possible you have someone to check it or replace it,

Sir,  I have Siemens 810d control and evey day machine data is getting lose

And every time I am loading the machine data, next day again data lost. 

Please help what to do to avoid data lose
