Yes this is correct. The AS RT PO is required for each object configured in the AS project (CFC). There are some conditions. An And04 block for example does not count, but an interlock block does count.

Also note that you need OS PO as well. The objects that are monitored/controlled on the OS also counts as an object PO. In general you can equal them: 1000 AS RT PO and 1000 OS PO. The OS PO are needed for each OS server.

The AS RT PO must be installed on the ES and must be enough for the whole multiproject. If you have three AS projects with each 1000 objects, you need a total of 3000 AS RT PO.
