Some DB and SFB cannot open and have ??? mark

hello sir! Please help me in the below situation. I am using a PG to download a PLC program from PLC of sinumerik 840D sl but When I uploaded program to PG the are some DB and SFB I couldn't open and they have ??? mark after the block. can you explain why it happen and If I upload and repair PLC program after that download to PLC. is there any problems.
