To get the width and height of a picture in WinCC Explorer, you can use the GetPictureSize function. Here's an example of how to use it:

Dim nWidth, nHeight GetPictureSize "PictureName.pdl", "PictureName", nWidth, nHeight

This will set the variables nWidth and nHeight to the width and height of the picture, respectively.

Note that the picture must be loaded into memory before you can use the GetPictureSize function. If the picture has not been displayed in runtime yet, you may need to load it explicitly using the LoadPicture function:

LoadPicture "PictureName.pdl", "PictureName"

Once the picture is loaded, you can call the GetPictureSize function to retrieve its dimensions.

As for determining the size of a PDL picture before making it visible, this can be more difficult since the picture is not loaded into memory until it is displayed.
