Hi All, 

I am working on my project with DXR2.E17C controller. Recently I had ABT Site 4.4 and I could see this controller in the library. After installing the new ABT Site 5.1 I could not find this controller in the library. it should be with #14. I have checked I install all libraries.  Units -US. 

Could you please advise what should I check.

you have probably a version for open market and this hasn’t including the library part for CET (DXR2.E17C or DXR2.E17CX).

For to obtain the complete library please contact local Siemens office (department SI BP) and ask them for it.

It could be another reason for that, you can’t see the library.

You can check if physically existing on HDD in the folder: C:\Program data\Siemens\Desigo\ABT\Libraries\HQ\ (path can be different depending on installation setup), and if the files are there (in some folder under) then you need to activate the visibility of the library in tool.

You will see that under “About ABT Site” where is clearly visible what you have possible to use in tool.

you must contact your local Siemens office to get a special file for your ABT Site.

You have probably free shared version for open marked and you are asking for the version for certified partners. 

Take contact with you local Siemens representative and they will help to you.
