How many IO modules can be connected to a SIMATIC S7-300,INTERFACE MODULE IM 360 (6ES7360-3AA01-0AA0)? Hello, you can connect max. eight Modules in expansion rack. please have a look at attached pictur for your reference. you have to use send IM and Receive IM. Modules can be fixed from Slot 4 to 11. If you want to be sure if any configuration can work just test it in the Hardware configuration, if it works there it works on the CPU. Regards, Marcjan
