Since this week, I cannot download any *.zip files like application exemples or libraries on the support site. A message is dysplayed on my internet browser. For example:

You don't have permission to access "http://support.industry.siemens.com/dl/files/728/109479728/att_989463/s2/109479728_LGF_LIB_TIAV15_1_V4_0_4.zip" on this server.

I tried from several network and PC.

Do you have any idea?

There might be an issue with the file, or the link provided.

I suggest you PM one of our moderators, Jen_Moderator, and explain your problem. If she cannot resolve the issue herself, generally she will kick the question up to one of the Siemens techs that provide Product Support on the forum.

Search for *Jen_Moderator" (use the search box at the right of this page), open any thread where she has posted, click on the name link to use Personal Messages.
