same problem with CAx - "in process" now for 3 hours.  Any comments/suggestions?  thanks.

Could someone help please. I have tried multiple times to enter the part number, select the CAD, Datasheet for the part number. Then it creates the file to download. BUT no drawings and no Datasheets. This has happen to a couple part numbers.

I am having the same issue, if a moderator could help me out, it would be great! been waiting 3 hrs.
