Hi everybody

there is a ET200S (6ES7 151-8AB01-0AB0) Module with MMC (6ES77953-8LF31-0AA0) and another IO modules connected to it.

1x PM-E DC24V HF (6ES7 138-4CA60-0AB0)

3x 4SI IO-Link (6ES7 138-4GA50-0AB0)

2x 4DI x DC24V ST (6ES7 131-4BD01-0AA0)

1x 4DO x DC24V / 2A ST (6ES7 132-4BD32-0AA0)

That should be a stand-alone CPU and that is a new commissioning.

The problem is, for all of the modules coming the error “Not reachable” in Diagnostics and the SF led lightning is red, but just for the first 3 Modules.

Should I set in hardware config anything?

If it is not properly installed, you will not be able to reach your I/O modules. Can you check whether this is your problem?

 Looks like you might have a problem with the MLFB number and/or version of the module in the HW compared to real hardware. You can see the problem from the PLC diagnostics buffer.

thank you for your answer. They seems to me OK.

Can the firmware version difference a problem?

Or should I set something on these rotary knobs (attachment)? That program is a “Standard Program” from our side and that worked already a few times. The Module socket is coming automatically with the ET modules when I adding them to the device config right? Because I don’t know how could I change them.

What are the first modules, that have the error?

additionaly other tips:

1. connect to CPU and look to diagnostic buffer where problems/events can show you more about your problems, better save it as txt file as option is there and attach it in new post.

2. i see you have connected ETH cable to PN port2 but links are also iluminated at P1 what is strange because there isn't cable inserted to P1 port, hope I'm not wrong or missing something.

3. as was sugested already, need compare carefully every module order number and version!!!! with that in your prj HW cfg. What is interesting, IO link modules are in fail but that one right isn't, try start also from this point, check cfg of functional IO luink module and compare to previous, simply I expect HW cfg errors in your cfg and not correct download to CPU.

Just one question, it looks to me you added 2 IO links modules as new to existing HW, is this correct?

2: i don’t understand quite understand what do you mean. There is a P1R P2R and P3 ports.

3: Which version do you mesn? Firmware? In TIA i cannot find any infos about it, i think because they are “not reachable”. Yeah you see it right and that was strange to me too that fourth module the SF is not lighting, but in TIA they are also in fault. The errors are the same for all of the modules.

+1: No, there is 3 IO-link modules after the DC24V module.

On the CPU the version is: 3.2.16, but in TIA Devices and Networks I can add just 3.2. Could be that the problem? Should I update the CPU firmware?
