We are also facing same problem. We have nine drives in group mode 930Vdc with two rectifier
master and slave. In running some times F006 fault occure in particular one drive.
Then first we replace the CUVC card of particular drive but problem not solve then we repaced
PSU2/VDU/SSB/Interface card after that problem is solved. I want to ask whether this may be due to PSU2 card?

what was the final cause of the fault f006 ? thanks

Solución de la alarma F006.

Se cambio el encoder que esta acoplado al eje del motor del inversor instalado en el bus DC.

Este ocasiona, que se interprete como una detención del motor por lo que ocasiona que el equipo regenere.

No existían alarmas en los equipos re-generativos.

Alarm solution F006.

The encoder that is coupled to the motor axis of the inverter installed on the DC bus is changed.

This causes it to be interpreted as an engine stoppage causing the equipment to regenerate.

Ja verifiquei alguns itens e parâmetros e não resolvido.

tenho um ponto em questão que seria uma troca de uma polia movida,sera que teria relação com o defeito,pois acredito que o fabricante da maquina tenho colocado uma variável amarrada aos parâmetros do inversor.

you have first to check your ac source and after that u can measure or read the dc voltage value 

through the drive monitor

if the dc voltage is ok not exceed the pre-determined value

then u have to check your cards

1- vdu

2-PSU

3-IVI OR IMPI
