Only Logo to TDE I've set the IP addresses to match as shown: TDE Settings: TDE IP: 10.10.15.220 Subnet: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 10.10.15.1 LOGO! Selection: 10.10.15.221 Nothing happens - if I try access LOGO! Settings, everything throws this: "Error: Failed to Submit" Please help

The TDE is a 3rd generation device. Have you in the LOGO! selection of the TDE the IP of the LOGO! registered and then selected?

Only thing I can think of is that the controller IP has somehow reset or changed, or it's not aligning with the TDE IP. I don't currently have access to LSC, is there any other way to check the IP of the controller? Check IP through the LOGIC! Settings on the TDE - No since it's not connecting it errors Check IP through the inbuilt display on the controller - No display on this model controller

If you want to download a IP scanner for free then download e,g, from here: Advanced IP Scanner - Download Free Network Scanner. (advanced-ip-scanner.com)

Things that changed when I shipped this Changed from a 240V supply to 110V (moved it from NZ to USA) I wired the power into the PSU from US connector (Power supply Siemens LOGO! POWER 24V 2.5A - 6EP33326SB000AY0) I see no issues with power, all lights are green, PSU accepts variable supply voltage Maybe the controller has been damaged in transit? I'll work on getting a copy of LSC or trying an IP scanner

Changing of the IP address is only possible with LSC. But have you a backup of the original program of the LOGO!? Then can I make you a file then you can transfer to a mSD card with the desired IP address data.

If I get the IP of the controller I can just adjust the TDE IP settings to match and they should pair, correct? Thanks for the help by the way, truely stuck on this

I need to reset or change this or i'll never be able to communicate with the TDE. How can I reset the IP settings without connecting it to the TDE or to my PC?

Siemens has a tool to set a LOGO! 8.3 to the delivery state. The LOGO! then gets its original IP address and subnet mask, 192.168.178.003 and 255.255.255.000. You have to copy the file to an mSD card and then insert the mSd card into the LOGO. Then switch off the LOGO! and switch it on again. Remove the mSD card again after the startup is complete. Reset Tool for resetting LOGO! 8.3 to the delivery state
