I cannot connect to 6RA70 using Drivemonitor via Profibus. The "Profibus" option is disabled. Drive ES is installed. I probably installed the wrong versions.  Installed software on the SIMATIC Field PG 3  on the screenshoot.

I downloaded and installed Drive_ees_basic_v5_5_sp5.under Windows XP operating system, Step7 5.5

I am connecting directly to SIMOREG with my FIELD PG using CP5611.

Since your drive is in network & you need to communicate it via DriveES, please check your hardware project & check if drive is visible. Set up PG/PC parameters correctly so as to establish communication, then only you will be able upload or download parameters or check on line paraters. Please refer Upload SIMOREG DC MASTER via routing thread wherein expert Mr. KSN's reply, refer the manual which help you to set up the communication parameters. In the manual example is for Ethernet, but in your case, you need to set profibus related communication parameters.

In your case PLC & drive communicates over profibus. So to access drive parameters, to go on line, you need to set your PG/PC communicate parameters for profibus & not TCP/IP, also set p927 = 7 odd number. TCP/IP is for ethrnet communication.
