The logo are connecting now. it take 10 minutes but are connecting.

10 min takes for the first connection, after this its take 5 seconds.

It is the same for both laptop computes i have, one company and other personal.

if the IP-ADr. is correct you wrote, then it does not fit because your PC has:

xxx.168.xxx.xxx and you LOGO! has: xxx.169.xxx.xxx.

Try in Diagram mode:

Disconnect your PC from any Ethernet connection (also WLAN) and connect LOGO! 8 directly via Ethernet cable to your PC.

RUN LOGO! Soft Comfort as Admin!

Press Up/Download to LOGO!. In the following dialog check if there is only one selection possible as Interface. If so, then press the test button.

One you get a green check mark, LOGO! is avaliable and ready for communication.
