SPARK-Doctor Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Please Help I am unable to upload any programme to a new OBA6 std. I am using the logo USB lead Running soft comfort ver8 I have set the transfer rate to the lowest setting. I am selecting the logo lead and the correct com port from the upload menu It just will not even attempt to connect. And yes the logo is switched on. Please help Ian

The trouble with the USB-RS232 converter cables (if you are using that) are that it selects com-port number on its own sometimes. Please check in Windows Device Manager what port is activa at that moment. Is this helpful? w

RS 232 cable and an adapter from USB to RS232. The COM interface for selecting the transmission (in my case COM4) appears only when the adapter is plugged in.

It has a N/O contactor, with a pressure sensor, a vacume sensor and a pt100. If any of the sensors become active, the contactor will drop out and the motor will not start again until F4 is pressed. On the touch screen, I have, pump running, 3 faults with "F4 to reset"

It is up to you if you wish to put the program up here on not. Double edged sword.. you might get comments you do not like and/or some pointer how to better the process. I am assuming you are going to use the LOGO TD with this job(?). Nice job you have planned for the LOGO. If it is a harsh environment I would consider hard buttons instead of having the "operator" push a screen button. Thanks again for you consideration. w

Its because your software is being set for a logo with a IP address, and you are using a logo which supports com port,,,so you need to change the setting in your software for uploading and downloading from IP address to LOGO PC CABLE. follow the following instruction: 1.go to TOOLS->OPTIONS 2.then select the interface and choose the option LOGO cable 3.then select ok. and then try to upload the program. thanks & regards Amit Mishra

The forum software does not accept LSC files. If you want to upload a LSC file, then youmust zipthe program and then upload the zip file.

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, when you want to upload a LSC program, then you need to zip the program first. Only a view file format is allowed to be uoloaded to the forum. Next, here a screen shot what you have to select to transfer a program from LOGO!Soft V8 to a LOGO! 6: Be sure you have selected a LOGO! 6 in LSC! Select the LOGO! cable and the right COM port in the Interfece dialog. As I remember you do not need to change baud rates. Chekc if the driver for the USB cable is installed on you PC.
