Hi all: I have a problem with the graph overview in HMI. We make some graph with it's own graph overview and simulate it with PLCSIM and HMI Simulator and I can see graph status in HMI and operate with it correctly. When I download it in real PLC and real HMI it doesn't work. It seems that it have no connection, but I can see the state of all tags of the Instance DB. I check the state of "Internal parameters..."and it's ok. Can anybody help me? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Okay, thanks for checking! Do you have a ProDiag license and have you transferred it to the HMI panel? it's the only thing I can think of that justifies the behavior of the GRAPH Overview. Under what circumstances is a ProDiag license required in the WinCC (TIA) Runtime? |
A rating will be well appreciated. |

Hello all, I know that this might not help the people in this Post, but I had the exact same issue and none of the provided solutions worked for me. What I found out is, that you need to change the configuration of the HMI-Panel in TIA Portal->HMI->Runtime Settings->Alarms to include "S7 diagnostic alarms", "System diagnosis" and "Automatic update" checked on. Then it worked for me. Maybe this will help someone. Best Regards! |
