Is the instance DB of the S7-GRAPH FC or FB configured as accessible and visible from the HMI?

Also, do the rest of the tags communicate between PLC and HMI, or is there a general communication problem between them?

Yes. All the tags inside the block are at least accessible and visible and it's checked in edit "Internal Parameters visible/accessible in HMI".
When I make the simulation it works well. The problem is with the PLC and HMI.

I checked some tags of the DB block in the HMI and I can see the tags but the Graph overview doesn't work

I just followed the steps you marked and there are no differences.

The strange thing is that afterwards I have simulated it and in simulator works properly. I don't understand the reason why it works only in simulator.

This is the last thing that comes to mind...

Try to increase the access level in the PLC or assign a password for read access (the PLC must be reloaded for both) and then, this password should be stored in the HMI connection (HMI must be transferred again).

Do you have a ProDiag license and have you transferred it to the HMI panel? it's the only thing I can think of that justifies the behavior of the GRAPH Overview.

Under what circumstances is a ProDiag license required in the WinCC (TIA) Runtime?

Please try deleting the 'GRAPH overview' object from the HMI Screen and inserting / configuring it again.

If it doesn't work either... which HMI panel are you using? It's a Comfort Panel or KTP Mobile Panel, right?

We have tried it several times but I tried it in the morning one more time configuring a new HMI with the same problem.

The hardware configuration is:
PLC:  CPU-1516F-3
HMI:  Comfort TP1200
SW:    TIA Portal V16 Update 4

We have tried it several times but I tried it in the morning one more time configuring a new HMI with the same problem.

The hardware configuration is:
PLC:  CPU-1516F-3
HMI:  Comfort TP1200

I have the same problem,

The HMI project has 8 different PLCs and only one of the PLC is the one with this issue, the others are working properly, The error message that pops up is this:

i have checked the Edit> "Internal parameters visible/accessible from HMI" and no luck.

**UPDATE: the procedure it worked was deleting the IM folder on the project's folder and rebuilding all the software and hardware, and doing a full HW & SW download to the PLC, after this i updated the "device proxy data" and then a full rebuild at the HMI project, and then full download at the HMI, this made it work guys, thanks**
