Simotion 6AU1445 Problem !

Engr Umair Posts: 50 Rating: (0)	Dear Friends, I bought New Simotion 6AU1445-0AA00-0AA0. Which i have replaced with Working 6AU1445 but its not working. Please see what steps i did. And guide me how can i fix this Issue. Please See PDF. I have adjust the Figures. 6AU1445-0AA00-0AA0 Please see the Figure3.Machine-6AU1445-ReadyThe Unit is working on machine perfectly. I get the working CF card ( Parameter and Program in CF Card ). And Insert in the New unit. And installed at the unit same location where theFigure 3Unit is installed. But the Status of 6AU1445-0AA00-0AA0 changes as Please see in Figure7.New-Machine-Operating-Status. 6AU1445-0AA00-0AA0 OK Status ( Machine Running ) Faulty Staus ( Machine Not Ready ) Ready ----- ON Ready ------ Blinking Run -------- ON Run --------- ON Stop ------- OFF Stop --------- ON SU/PF ---- OFF SU/PF ------ ON SF --------- ON SF ---------- ON DP1 ------- ON DP1 -------- ON DP2 ------- ON DP2 -------- ON OPT ------ OFF OPT -------- OFF If the parameters are not correct. Then why the Same CF card works in OLDER 6AU1445 which is currently working on machine. Note : One point which i have Noted. Older 6AU1445-0AA00-0AA0 hasVersion Eand New 6AU1445-0AA00-0AA0 has Version B. Please See the Figure1. Machine-6AU1445( Version E ) and Figure6.New-6AU1445( Version B ). Please compare both pictures and tell will it effect ? Has Both versions have the Same Configuration Files ? Please Guide how can i fix this issue. ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 9/1/2025 Posts: 22709 Rating: (3071)	Hello, please remove the "Blanking cover for the protection of the operator controls" and check which code is present on the BCD display of the D445 which not Work. At the momente it look like the Fan module is missing or not working on the D445 (B), which you have build in. Regards Christoph

Yes the fan module on the bottom site. If you power in the SIMOTION D then the fan should be work, you can hear it :) Regards Christoph

Engr Umair Posts: 50 Rating: (0)	Hello Dear, I have checked the BCD code. BCD was 8. I checked its fan was not working. I changed the fan with working fan. Then BCD code changes 6. D445 runs and then ready and run led on. Its not reading program. Reference to Diagonistics. I change the address code of service from 0 to 1. And powered on the unit. Rdy and run leds still then switched off the unit. I change switch from 1 to 0 again. And power up the unit. Now Rdy ON Run Off Stop ON ( All other Led off ) Please guide what I do next ??? As the dp1 or dp2 other lights are not working. Waiting for reply

Engr Umair Posts: 50 Rating: (0)	I dnt have Simotion Scout Software ? I have two CF card. One CF card is working in other unit. And 2nd is spare with this unit. Now please guide what I do ? Should I copy the files from working CF card to Spare CF and insert in the Unit ? Please one more point should the Firmware issue ?? Thanks

Engr Umair Posts: 50 Rating: (0)	Dear, Fan unit which is fitted at bottom side with battery. That was not working. That unit I changed. And after your suggestion I have copied the data from working CF to Spare CF. Now the unit is working perfectly.
