It keeps stopping with all LED lights flashing red, after restarting the module it works normally for less than 30 minutes and the same problem continue. The current version is 4.4 so what you recommend to go to 4.5 or just update to the latest 4.4HF11 version. Also please let me know the proper way to update frimware, via CF card files copy or through the Scout. And i really appreciate your help! Regards

M.ABUBAKER Regular Member Joined: 3/15/2018 Last visit: 12/2/2024 Posts: 25 Rating: (0)	Hello Christoph, Iam very thankful for your generous support,Iwill try this fix but the link you provide seems like some software. i found some FW files in the following link with same method you mentioned to install the files in CF card: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/mx/en/view/31045047 advise to use the link above or proceed with FWSP software. I also tried some fix, I re-tighten all Profibus shields in the machines, the question is if there some problem with Profibus voltage and shielding can this result of the same serious system error and result of D445 shutdown?
