Hello 

I have configured a WinCC Comfort panel as an OPC UA server:

In runtime settings I did the following:

- Services--> I checked the "operate as OPC-UA server"

- OPC settings--> Portnumber: 4870, security: None and Basic128Rsa15

Ethernet adapter HMI X1: 192.168.0.2

Ethernet adapter HMI X2: 152.0.0.27

I downloaded it to the HMI and resconnected the powersupply so the HMI would restart. I have a field PG and installed UA expert. I changed my IP-adress of my ethernet adapter of the PG to an adress in both ranges, but without a result. I can't find the OPC UA server of the HMI (shown in attachment).

Any ideas how to solve this?

I guess you checked that you can ping the panel from the PC where UaExpert is installed right?

Is the PC connected directly to the panel?

Hi, yes I can ping the panel and it is succesfull. Al the ethernet ports of the HMI are occupied and I cannout just disconnect one. But if it is in the same range it should normally still find it right?

In UaExper, when you try to connect, do you write the ip address including the port number?

192.168.0.2:4870

Did you marked the checkbox "Enabled" of the security policy mode None within the OPC UA setting in the comfort panel?

Yes I did that to, so very strange I can't find the server with UAexpert.

Are you able to browse a different OPC UA server, e.g: s7-1200/1500 PLC, using the UaExpert?

Which version is your TP1200 comfort?
