i have cpu S5 95U , the switch of this cpu have 3 position start, stop , copy
my problem that , when i try to download new program on cpu
1) there is FBs failed to download on CPU
2) the cpu entered to stop mode and stay in stop mode

how can i download software to cpu without any problems?

Are you sure this program is original one? I mean maybe this FBs is not supported by this CPU. Look at S5-90U/S5-95U Programmable Controller System Manual (from page 87 How to start CPU....)
