1st of all why you want to access PLC program. if you are end user , Siemens not suggest to do so. If you are service/maintenance person, I suggest you use stand-alone PG/PC (SIMATIC Manger installed) to all you need. --I am sure everything should be working smoothly

For SMATIC Manage integrated inside PCU 50, Siemens already remind--that is for maintenance person basic check and troubleshooting. I myself really use this function in the service (only 1% other 99% I use PC) .

I don't remember what's wrong with your case --from you picture, we can see PCU connecting to OPI (1.5M baudrate) .

do you input password-- SUNRISE. 

you want to compare PLC program. but do you make this PCU50 (SIMATIC Manger ) online, I mean you can read Program? also do you know the story of this machine? such as machine possible being upgrade to higher SW version  and SIMATIC Manager is too old?

I need a help at this following subject-

We have some Machines where the S7-Manager and the PLC Programm is installedat PCU 50 .when i want to compare the project (offline PLC Programm) wiht the PLC Programm  at NCU comes a message that was impossible to conect..

From Set  PGPC Interface i send here was programmed.
