Locating the latest data in WinCC SQL

We have a WinCC 7.4 application with tag logging and alarm logging. We see that the data is stored in dbo.TagCompressed in each segment in the SQL. The Archive after segment change option is also checked so that each tag has at least one entry in each segment. This data is compressed, but this is not a problem. The problem is that not every tag is updated at the same time. The Timeend column shows different dates and times. With a refresh we see that the Timeend column is updated. In the WinCC application with Trendcontrol all the data is available. So does anyone know where it is stored? In the end all data is stored in dbo.TagCompressed, but not for each tag the latest second. It is unlikely to be in memory as there is no loss of data in the event of a power failure. Somewhere there is a buffer. Thanks in advance.

They are .mdf and .ldf files Also tell you, in case you are unaware, that access to WinCC databases is encrypted and you need one of the payment options to access them: Connectivity Pack, Information Server or Industrial Data Bridge.

The file that has no end time is the file where the latest data is written. We can see in these .mdf's that the tags are stored compressed. But the tags do not have a value from the last second. Sometimes they are hours old. It differs per tag, with refresh we see tag updates. We have WinCC Connetivity Pack including licence and certificate which gives CC_ExternalBrowsing table. I'm trying to find out where or how the latest data is stored.
