Split from C7-633 DP does not start.

it is very possible that keyboard contacts are broken, maybe it's time to replace complete keyboard what is common problem after some time of functionality. Next recommendation is, inside documentation is clear description how to do this reset because it differs from HMI to HMI types. generally is initiated with power off, hold required keys ON with also turning power ON. Then message about initiation of reset or clear memory message appears. If not, procedure isn't set correctly or keyboard is broken with some key exactly required for that action. Tests, checks, read documentations.

ican access PLC program through MPI Connector. program reload, erase, date time setting all setting accessible . but on dispay no msg only shows Simantic C7 634 v1.03

shame you didn't post this information soon, waste of time. Then problem is with no OP project downloaded probably it is after clear flash so no OP project inside, only typical std screen with this message appears. You need create panel prj with suitable SW as your device supports (ProTool or other higher product like WinCC Flexible).

Are your LED indications on device ok, no any strange errors? In case, check then documentation to device about LED indications.
