We are using Twin-screw Extruder application with Siemens Motor of 110 kw(190 amps, 1488 RPM, Delta Conncetion) , PM240-2 132kw. When we are running the motor with no load and no screw connected amps are normal within the rated current of the motor. After connection with screw while material is less or nearly no material motor draws 130 amps. Motor Optimization done with Vector speed control (Encoderless) for high starting torque.

After feeding the material into screw motor draws larger current of 200 amps (not inrush current) exceeding the motor Rated current. After that Drive G120 trips the motor and gives F7900 Fault of Motor Blocked. Kindly suggest me for this application. Should i Boost voltage from VFD? Motor running at full load which cause Drive power unit Overload fault. We have also tried with U/F control but results are same.

Motor Running in No load condition found OK at full speed.
