I was wondering if someone knows or could point me to a manual where I can get information on Profibus DP telegrams?

Above is a common type of telegram used for Siemens master to slave communication. What I am looking for is how to translate the information transmitted in the DU section. Let’s say I have a slave 21 that has a backplane with 10 modules. One of the modules is 8 inputs, the first input is high and the rest are low. Is there a way to look at the bytes in the DU section to see that module information? [like something that represents 10000000 binary. (Depending on if it is LSB or MSB)]
