So do I understand correctly that you want to simulate the WinCC flexible RT on a PC with communicating to the PLC via MPI?

So first question, which communicaino processor do you use in your PC?

then Check in the WinCc flexible project in the connections editor which Access point you use:

(default is S7ONLINE):

Then check if everything is correctly in the PCPG interface:

(in my case I use a CP5711)

you can also check whith a proper CP if everything works on the MPI bus in Diagnostic button

but basically it should work
