I have to make a program which saves every rising and falling edge of a trigger in database.
It has to be saved as a String[34] and it should looks like this: 2022-06-04-14:22:23:454/Lo->Hi/43s.

And I have a problem converting DTL to string. As I checked there is no way to directly convert DTL, so I took year, month, day, etc separately converted them to strings and then tried to combine them into one string(adding pauses between)  using CONCAT. It seems to be very unefective, but the worst thing is that it doesn't work properly because it's adding spaces before numbers (as shown below).

How can I fix that or what is the other approach to this problem?
Sorry if I'm making some basic mistakes I'm just starting my journey with PLC.

I'm using TIA Portal 17 and I want to do everything in Ladder. I have simulated S7-1200.

I had a project where I needed to get the date and time, from DTL, but on 2 separate strings, and the format did not require the dashes. The code is on SCL but it may give you some other ideas, for example you could concat the 2 string and insert the dashes and double dots ":" into the final string.
