Hello evelyn_dai! The only thing I can think of is to create a new basic project and try it from there. If you can't, I recommend you follow the FAQ that I attach in the about the new basic project. Hello evelyn_dai If you are not sure if the Reset to factory settings works then check this FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/19701610 You habe a Comfort Panel,so you have to restart the Panel in mainance Mode (Prepare for reset). But its explained in the FAQ. Which Image Version do you have installed on the Panel? and which Device Version do you have set in your HMI project? Bye Murof |
