Dear all, We have been experiencing the same issue since upgrading to Windows 11. Our team provides remote support to customers worldwide usingsmart@clientto access the TPs of various installations. For all TPs running TIA Portal version 17 or higher, there are no issues. However, when attempting to connect to TPs using TIA versions 16 or 15, we encounter an SSL Handshake error. Interestingly, using the same connection from a laptop running Windows 10 works without any problems. Is upgrading the software on the TP really the only viable solution? Unfortunately, this is not feasible in our case since we have no phisical access to the TP and doing it remotely is too risky. Additionally several customers have strict requirements to maintain specific TIA versions. Is Siemens offering any fix for this issue? It appears to be a compatibility problem, and placing the burden on the customer cannot be an honest acceptable solution. Looking forward to your insights and recommendations. Best regards, Diego Sampedro ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello Diego, Which exact version of Windows 11 are you using? It seems to be a compatibility issue. You should check it through Siemens Compatibility Tool Also, it would be a good idea to upgrade to the latest firmware version of the panel in case this is a known problem for Siemens. |
