I type the correct HMI IP Address 192.168.15.4 and my PC 192.168.15.100. I tested with CMD, ping command and it is all right. Find attached the image, I wrote the properly MAC Address. I boot the HMI but nothing happens. Do you have some tip? Thanks Attachment xxxxxx.png (158 Downloads)

I guess you have selected the wrong KTP400 Basic panel. Try to select 'KTP400 Basic' in stead of "KTP400 Basic Color PN" Or have a look at the following link: USB Recovery (Reset to factory) Mode for 2nd Generation Basic Panels Best regards, Wizard

PADRE PIO Member Joined: 4/11/2022 Last visit: 9/9/2025 Posts: 90 Rating: (7)	Hi mate, I did select KTP400 and found my HMI, see attached, but it did not find the Image version: 17.00.00.02_01.01 22967.000. How can I get these image files about this v17??? I saw that on DVD 3 of tia portal v17 we have there but when I tried to install DVD3 it cannot be completed because my version is TIA PORTAL V20. Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/12/2025 Posts: 16409 Rating: (1935)	Hello PADRE PIO if you have a Basic Panel 2nd Generation, then you cannot do a Factory reset with Prosave. Only with the USB recovery a Reset to factory settings is possible in case of a Basic Panel 2nd Generation! with Prosave you can do only a comon OS Update bye Murof
