Graphics not displayed on clients when getting data from redundant server

Frantorna Regular Member Joined: 10/3/2011 Last visit: 6/30/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Good morning, i'm working with a client/server configuration (2 server and 3 client) under Wincc 7.5 UPD19. The servers are configured for redundancy. Even though in the statusbar i can see correctly the servers status, when the system switches to the redundant server, my clients lose the graphics. I only see the hourglass icon both for graphics and navigation. However, in the runtime status i can see the redundant server working properly (green arrow). Clearly i followed all the best practise to configure the redundancy properly. Also the Redundancy Control Diagnostic Tool gives me information about the goodness of the configuration. In other words... everythink seems good. But in case of switch... it happen what i've explained. Runtime on the redundant server is ok but all the clients lose the graphics. Someone have suggestions. Thanks in advance

Its hard to say where the problem is, if you have set up everything properly. Here is again the very basic setup of every station: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/22132850 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/868014 Use it as a checklist if you have set up everything OK. (check also things like lmhosts files and so on) deactivate anti virus SW and firewalls for testing If you cannot get any further then you can also try to open a Service Request at Siemens Support Bye Murof
