hi, i have a simatic hmi tp1200 comfort, the screen freezes on boot with the text "SIMATIC HMI" i can't communicate in any way, is there a way via MMC or USB? I tried them all through prosafe, the problem is that no network device works, so it is impossible to communicate with the pc. I think the only way is something local on the motherboard, so I was asking for a usb or mmc key. maybe a hardware reset could help too, of course I don't know how this can be done, but I think every motherboard has it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Unless the HMI port is damaged, connecting via ProSave should be possible to perform the reset. Try to follow this FAQ and don't forget to configure the PG-PC Interface of your PC, defining the access point as the network card through you use to communicate.TCPIP.1. |
A rating will be well appreciated. |
