Please help me, I am trying to take backup of K-TP178 micro HMI via ProSave V18, But pro save is giving timeout error after starting to upload.

That panel is exclusive to the Asian market so we do not have much information about it, I have not even found its manual....

I would recommend you to check the following FAQ and, also, try to perform the backup/restore with another computer:

In case the error still appears, I would recommend you to create a Support Request here
