How to use WINCC Client function on WINCC Server Project in Redundant Server System

Hero_ac Bronze Member Joined: 6/20/2008 Last visit: 8/29/2025 Posts: 78 Rating: (1)	Dear Experts, I have one question regarding to the HMI runtime on WinCC Server computer of redundant system as follow: - We have 1 redundant system (Server-1, Server-2) with WINCC V7.5 Server, 1 WinCC RT Client (at the top level) as picture-01. All their licenses is indicated below (attached file). - We would like to run simultaneously the HMI Client function on SERVER-1, SERVER-2 (on a redundant system). Below picture illustrades the SERVER-1 is Active (Green), SERVER-2 is Stand-by (Light orange). I can configure the preferred Server on Client Computer project (pic-02 below) but i cannot configure this feature on SERVER-1/SERVER-2 project (pic-03 below). So i wonder the HMI function on SERVER-2 (Stand-by) will work or does not? Best regards, Hero_ac Attachment SYS_Info.pdf (149 Downloads)
