We are currently experiencing a similar issue with our WinCC V7.5+SP2+Upd13 system. From the alarm list, we are receiving the message: "No access to the SQL Server, Data Loss Possible." Upon checking the diagnostics, we encountered the following error:CCWriteArchiveServer, [(null), 225] failed to insert into MSARCLONG with 0x80047100.

To resolve the issue, we reset the archive, and it worked for a while. However, the problem resurfaced a few months later.

Would you be able to provide any recommendations or solutions to prevent this issue from recurring?

1-Regarding archive configuration for TL Fast and TL Slow:

Configuration for TL Fast:

Time period segment 1Years

Max size of all segments: 20 Gb

Time period covered by a single segment: 1 Day

Max size of a single segment: 1Gb

Configuration for TL Slow: Same as above configuration

2-How many files are in the Archivemanager folders of the WinCC project and how big are the files?

There are three folders in ArchiveManager folder: Alarmloggin, TagLogginFast, TagLogginSlow

• AlarmLoggin: 74 items, 1.4GB
• TagLogginFast: 84items, 2.04GB
• TagLogginSlow: 78 items, 1.43GB

3-Do you have enough discspace on the partition where the WinCC project folder is located?

The project is located in D drive that has capacity 336GB
