I think you have SIMO COM U, THE SW for set up 611U--make sure your have

when alarm happens --highlight the alarm line then press F1 for help --there should have message to tell you how to do

or you can search in 802D diagnostic manual, please also post alarm text (not only the number )

So i have SINUMERIK 802D and use this controller for retrofit Milling Machine 

Controller with drive connect with Profibus - 6SN1118-0NH11-0AA00 + 6SN1114-0NB01-0AA0 for Profibus control 

I have similar alarm and i don't know how can i do ?
