HMI StartCenter.exe Error

Some times ago we got an application error message on HMI TP1200 Comfort with the next content: "Application StartCenter.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down". We have tried to reboot the panel immediately with no results. Next after start we got this message again. Then we switched off the power supply, waited for 3 hours and switched on. It didn't help too. So we again switched off and left unpowered panel for all night long. The next morning we powered up the panel and it starts without any problems. Does someone know what it was? The behaviour is of course not usual I would recommend doing a Reset to factory settings with Prosave and then transfer the project again to the panel. Use the latest Update in TIA for your Version and use the latest available Image Update for the Panel. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/19701610 (I would also recommend doing a full backup of the Panel before reseting it, that you can switch back in case of a problem or issue; but do not only restore after the reset of the panel, a fresh reload of the project would be the best way) Bye Murof
