ooo Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	Dears I realy need ur help i have drive 6SE7138-6HG62-3BA0 AND once i put the drive on PMU showing o010 for few sec then F027 my question is what is the meaning of o010 i am checking now motor ,ct side if i not have test box how could i test the igbt i ama going to replace all from phase 2 to put in phase 3 and check what will happen many tnx

The DC link is pre-charged. Check:Check: - phase L3 for short-circuit or ground fault (-X2:W2 - including motor) - that CU is correctly inserted And look at Testing the IGBT Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

ooo Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	hiiii After i swap the igbt with its snapper from phase 3 to phase 2 i get o010 then f026 that mean the problem with igbt the no of them are 4 i have only 3 new may only two are damage or it must be 4 damage can i try two and check or it will affect by others Best Regards

If there is actually 750Amps flowing into the motor, then there will be a problem after a while, because the motor is being heated and can potentially burn out. I don't believe that the IGBT's should be in any danger. Did you megger the motor after your problem? Regards, Graeme

Tanweer Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi Greame, No, this is not magnetization current. I think when you stop the motor, you are only switching the setpoint to ZERO but run command is still there. Please check what is the status in stand still condition? is it o14 or o09. If it is o14, the above assumption is correct. Also, in this condition the motor shaft will appear like locked, you can't move it freely by hand even in decoupled condition. This is of course dangerous for the motor, particularly if the motor is self cooled,not force cooled. Hope it helps. Best regards

ooo Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	Dear, the status is o009 and once i puton the drive it shows 0000 and motor is locked whatever there is load or not as the motor in brake mode. the motor is forced cooling is that dangerous for the drive also or not specially the motor can withstand this current Regrads
