Hi, I've developed an application in WinCC Flexible PC Runtime. Occasionally we have system messages in Alarm Banner that say: "Sovraccarico: Script <> ignorato" "Sovraccarico: Script <Script_Name> ignorato" "Sovraccarico: Script <> ignorato" "Sovraccarico: Script <> ignorato" ..... sorry, the runtime is in Italian Language. The translation maybe: "Overcharge: Script <> ignored" "Overcharge: Script <ScriptName> ignored" "Overcharge: Script <> ignored" "Overcharge: Script <> ignored" ..... These messages are occasional: they appear consecutively about 1 or 2 time per day for about half an hour. Note: principally messages don't specify the script name! In that cases the application became irresponsive. In Alarm History I can' t determine any particular cause for this problem. Every script is triggered by a variable on the plc (S7300) with a timing of 2 seconds. script1(param): triggered by 10 different variables each with different parameter (1..10) script2(param): triggered by 10 different variables each with different parameter (1..10) script3(param): triggered by 9 different variables each with different parameter (1..9) script4(param): triggered by 4 different variables each with different parameter (1..4) so 10+10+9+4=33 trigger variables (word on the plc), each of that execute an instance of a script. every variable with timing of 2 second. PC Runtime and PLC comunicate over 100 Mbit Ethernet. Can You help me to diagnose this problem? Thanks. Giorgio Degioanni AttachmentAlarmHistory.zip (113 Downloads) |
